Ice cores are used for dating, based on the belief that layers containing varying isotope ratios were laid down over seasons, somewhat like the rings of a tree, over many tens of thousands of years.
Evolutionists see ‘the present as the key to the past’. In that case, the 3000 meter long ice core brought up by the joint European Greenland Ice-core Project (GRIP) in Greenland in 1990–1992 to reclaim the WW2 bombers buried only decades earlier would represent some 2,000 years of accumulation. Clearly ice core dating is riddled with errors as answered by the missing bombers buried deep under the ice beginning on July 15, 1942 not 2,000 years ago…
